1. General

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, delivery and use of digital sheet music files (“Products”) sold at http://jksax.com/ (“Website”).
1.2. Seller: Juozas Kuraitis, operating as an individual (self-employed) in the Republic of Lithuania, place of activity – Vilnius, Lithuania (“Seller”). The Seller is not VAT registered.

1.4. By placing an order and/or ticking the checkbox during checkout, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Copyright/IP Policy.

2. Digital products & delivery

2.1. Products are digital content delivered electronically (e.g., PDF).
2.2. Products are made available automatically after successful payment, through the Website’s download functionality.
2.3. If you do not receive access to your download or cannot download, please contact the Seller.

3. Pricing & payments

3.1. Prices are shown on the Website.
3.2. Payments are processed via Wix Payments.
3.3. The Seller does not store full payment card details.

4. License / permitted use

4.1. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable license:

Allowed: personal use (practice/playing).
Allowed: public performance for non-commercial purposes only.
Printing: one (1) copy for personal use.
Strictly prohibited: sharing, distributing, uploading, reselling, renting, or otherwise making the file (or any part of it) available to others.
4.2. Any commercial use (paid gigs, monetized content, etc.) requires the Seller’s written permission.

5. Digital content & right of withdrawal

5.1. Because Products are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may not apply once performance (delivery) begins with your consent.
5.2. During checkout, you agree that delivery starts immediately after payment and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

6. Intellectual property

All Products and related content are protected by copyright and other laws. No ownership is transferred to you.

7. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts.
